KoningTM Plasmid Mini-Preparation Kit uses an improved SDS-alkaline lysis method to lyse bacteria, specifically binds plasmid DNA through a silica gel membrane, and does not require the step of activating the silica membrane. It can quickly prepare up to 20 μg of plasmid DNA. The purified plasmid is suitable for DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, bacterial transformation, library construction, in vitro transcription and translation, molecular library construction, and conventional cell transfection.
