Koning^TM bacterial genomic DNA mini preparation kit is suitable for preparing up to 20 μg genomic DNA from 1.0×109 bacterial cells. The kit uses a unique phase separation technology to remove impurities such as proteins, polysaccharides and lipids through cell lysis and phase separation, and combines the principle of selective adsorption of genomic DNA to silica gel membranes to prepare high-purity bacterial genomic DNA. Extract most DNA fragments ≥30kb, suitable for PCR, Southern blot analysis, RAPD, AFLP, RFLP and other follow-up experiments.
